The Outreach Team would like to give a BIG thank you to the 31 people who donated blood on March 12th! Many of the donors are in our congregation or were invited to come by someone who worships here. Also thank you to those who tried to donate but could not. Your willingness to help meet the need for blood did not go unnoticed. We received many positive comments and are planning to do another drive in September. The generosity of the church family is amazing!
Grow Ogden is FPC’s mission partner who operates the urban farm on our campus. These representatives met recently to plan how we can expand our partnership by turning additional pieces of unused grounds into productive farm plots that will generate produce for our community while providing job training and employment for 6 unhoused individuals.
